Just steps from the Sanjo-Kawaramachi intersection, which I consider the center of Kyoto, this new Hilton replaces an older hotel that was getting a bit long in the tooth. The Hilton Kyoto is a great choice for those with Hilton Awards or anyone who really wants to be in the heart of the action in Downtown Kyoto.

We’ve heard some reports of hiccups with service here, but this is common with new hotels in Kyoto and we assume that things will improve as staff settle in and continue with training. Have a look at the reviews and see if the Hilton fits your needs.
