A reasonably priced business hotel close to the south exit of Kyoto Station, the ibis Styles Kyoto Station (formerly Hotel Vista) is a decent choice for travelers who need to be near to Kyoto Station.
Directly across the street from the south (Hachijo-guchi) exit of Kyoto Station, the ibis Styles Kyoto Station (formerly Hotel Vista) is a typical business hotel: small but efficient rooms with everything you need at a reasonable price. While we would prefer to be on the north side of the station if staying in this area, this is a perfectly serviceable choice, especially if you are taking the airport limousine bus to Kansai International Airport or Osaka’s Itami Airport (the main stop is right nearby).
